Ray White Queensland is proud to announce the promotion of two outstanding leaders within its corporate team: Tiera Butkus to Head of Growth and Brittany Krebs to Head of Property Management. 

These appointments reflect Ray White Queensland's commitment to fostering leadership talent and supporting the growth of its network.

Tiera Butkus (pictured above), who joined Ray White Queensland in September 2023, has been instrumental in driving the group's recognition, retention, and recruitment efforts.

Her dedication has significantly contributed to the growth of the recruitment pipeline and strengthened relationships across the network. In her new role as Head of Growth, Tiera will launch an innovative program designed to support top-performing businesses in expanding through strategic recruitment.

Brittany Krebs (pictured above), who joined Ray White Queensland in May 2024 after leading a property management team overseeing more than 2,000 properties, has also made a remarkable impact.

Her engaging training programs have sold out multiple events, and she has built strong relationships with business owners and property managers across Queensland. In her new role as Head of Property Management, Brittany will focus on driving growth in properties under management and enhancing revenue streams for property management businesses.

“I’m so excited to continue working with our incredible network and teams, helping our businesses achieve their ambitions and be best in market,” Brittany said. “Supporting their success is my passion, and I am committed to providing training that drives ongoing growth and success. I am proud to be part of the Ray White Queensland team, working within a team that continually strives to be best in market and supports the success of our entire network.”
