DiJones has launched a new real estate agent recruitment campaign, the DiJones Hypotheticals Roundtable Series, designed to equip agents with the skills and knowledge to tackle tomorrow’s challenges, today.
Hosted by popular television presenter Andrew Winter, real estate expert from Selling Houses Australia and Love It or List It, alongside CoreLogic’s Head of Residential Research, Eliza Owen, the panel includes DiJones representatives Brent May, COO and sales agent Lucie Trinco, plus buyer’s agent and founder Mark Horvat from The Acquiry.
According to host Andrew Winter, “Using thought-provoking, entertaining and, at times, humorous scenarios, Hypotheticals provided the perfect forum for our panellists to engage with several ‘what if’ scenarios in depth.
“Topics ranged from how spatial computing (such as VR headsets) could revolutionise virtual inspections to client prospecting using AI consumer data and protecting client data from cyber-attacks.
“We also discussed how technology could disrupt how we live and sell property, and the effects of negative gearing reform and early access to superannuation for buyers.
“It was a great experience collaborating with the team at DiJones, SpareRoom creative agency and all our panellists. Initiatives like Hypotheticals position DiJones as an industry thought leader, passionate about the craft of real estate and committed to raising the bar” added Andrew.
As Brent May, DiJones COO explains, “In our fast-paced society, the rate of change shows no signs of slowing, and real estate is not immune from change.
“For agents to successfully thrive and adapt it’s essential to regularly assess and plan for what might be around the next corner, with Hypotheticals providing the perfect platform to do just that.
“In line with our mission to ‘unlock more’ for our people, we look forward to filming more episodes of Hypotheticals to help agents manage whatever challenges and opportunities the future holds in store,” said Brent.
All eight episodes of Hypotheticals can be watched on the DiJones website dijones.com.au/careers
