While on a family holiday down under in 2016, Louis was searching for inspiration and a LinkedIn connection put him in touch with Andrew Coronis. “In my first conversation with Andrew, I instantly knew our values aligned perfectly with the Coronis Group. It felt like minutes, but we spoke for hours and at the end he offered Kathy and I a job. We haven’t looked back since,” said Louis.

The group’s third office on the Sunshine Coast, Coronis Pelican Waters solidifies the businesses footprint across the entire region.

In addition to their office location, Coronis Pelican Waters has also acquired a rent roll of 80 properties, the Coronis Mergers & Acquisition team. The acquisition is a significant milestone in Coronis’ strategic growth plan and commitment to supporting their team build a future of independent wealth and success.

“I have seen countless agents make a significant amount of money in real estate yet leave the industry with nothing. Our industry teaches people how to make money, but it doesn’t teach them how to keep it. At Coronis, we are changing that, and the Pelican Waters office opening and rent roll acquisition is one example of how,” said Mazzocchi.
