For both Donna and Majella, the decision to dive into a career in real estate, was fueled by the joy found in embracing the ever-evolving challenges of the field. "No two days are ever the same. It's challenging but rewarding," the team shares.

Launching their own agency wasn’t initially on the radar. However, after years building a solid reputation as trustworthy, tell-it-straight, high performing agents, the pair began to feel held back. Having already made a career change from pharmacy to real estate years ago, they were confident that their own brand would be a change for the better.

So, within six weeks, Whitestone Realty became a reality, creating a path to a brighter future for the pair, and they began the journey to launch the brand. But they didn’t do it alone.

We are empathetic and caring but highly professional.” Majella tells us.

“I’m most excited about taking control of my future and not being held back," Majella shares.
