Prestige agency Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty enters the Noosa residential property market with the opening of its newest location in Noosa Junction.  Encouraged by the buoyancy of Sothebys's luxury real estate sales, CEO Paul Arthur, Queensland Sotheby's adds this Noosa office to his real estate office portfolio - six offices located in some of the most desirable Queensland luxury lifestyle destinations, including Gold Coast, Brisbane (2 offices), Port Douglas, Whitsundays, and now Noosa. Sotheby's International Realty has over 1,000 offices globally and in 72 countries.

On Monday, 5 December 2022, Queensland Sotheby’s opens its Noosa Junction doors fully staffed and ready for business.  The office is located in the Noosa Junction retail precinct with its restaurants, bars, hotels, and community services.  Announced earlier this month, the famed boutique hotel, The Calile is opening its second Queensland location in Noosa Junction.  

Queensland Sotheby's acquired the residential sales division of Brown & Company and has retained its directors Stephen and Andy Brown.  Richard Bowen and his boutique agency, Jet Rose Properties were onboarded to the new Sothebys Noosa office.
