Ray White Double Bay's Managing Director and Principal Elliott Placks has announced that Alan Fettes and Graham Berman have been made Associate Directors in the business, joining Directors Warren Ginsberg, Ashley Bierman, Daryl Rosen and Michael Krimotat, and Associate Directors James Keenan and Daniel Ungar.
Leading agency Ray White Double Bay has recognised some of its star performers as it continues to identify and nurture leadership ambition.
Mr Ungar also remains responsible for its Projects business which recently opened a bespoke office in Rose Bay.
“There is a clear path for growth within the business and it is there for all within the framework to achieve”, Mr Placks said.
Mr Placks promised to always invest in his people, rewarding hard work, team players and tenure.
“When it comes to growth and development, I understand the path as I have walked in their shoes. I started at Ray White as a junior sales agent 21 years ago and I know the feeling of being at that level and the time, effort and passion I had to put in to become a leader,” Mr Placks said.
“I knew what milestones I had to reach as a junior to become a senior, and then a young director to now be the owner of the business. I will always reward ambition and performance and nurture my team.”
Mr Placks said the development pathway at Ray White Double Bay was available for anyone within the business who was ready to commit to the framework. “We offer a lot of training and development support. The laser focus I have to mentor my team has never changed or waivered. I want them all to succeed and I will support them all,” he said.
“There is still so much opportunity for members within the business as our market share is dominant at around 20 per cent in our core suburbs of Double Bay, Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill and Rose Bay. We have a successful commercial business and our mortgage broker Daniel Pym is the number one broker in Loan Market.
“Our property management business services more than 1000 landlords and has a low vacancy rate which delivers the best returns for our landlords. I am also lucky to be the agent of choice for the White family and their houses.”
Ray White Managing Director Dan White (pictured left with Elliott Placks) said the group’s Double Bay business was built on rock solid foundations.
“We are in the leadership business. Under Elliott, this business has gone from strength to strength and is currently enjoying record market share in the eastern suburbs. He’s attracted a strong team under him and he’s good at identifying and supporting talent,” he said.
“We’re proud to partner with Elliott Placks and his team as we know the best years are still ahead of them.
