Describe a few recent sales highlights

7 Kitchener Street, Tugun offered three separate residences on one title: two units on the upper level with two bedrooms, and one unit on the lower level with four bedrooms. The property is just 200m away from Tugun beach and amenities, and produces rental income of close to $1,500 per week.

The newly renovated property generated 250 enquiries and was sold by Kasey Pereira for $1,250,000 after 10 days on the market.

Positioned within Banora Point's Flame Tree Park estate, 177 Botanical Circuit is a single level residence featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three car lock up garage. Featuring indoor/outdoor living and entertaining spaces surrounding the pool, including sauna, outdoor shower and grassed yard, the gated and private home attracted over sixty buyers to inspect, receiving five offers above $1,000,000. The property was sold by Kasey Pereira for $1,070,000.
