Real Specialists Partner Kasey Pereira built his first business from scratch at just 16 years old and operated that at a high capacity for 5/6 years.

Having discovered a deep passion for the sales and marketing process, Kasey was drawn to real estate, specialising in Tweed Shire and Gold Coast, where he was born and raised. 

WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Kasey Pereira about working with REAL Specialists during the ‘extremely strong’ market in his area.

What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?

It’s on you as the agent to facilitate every detail of the transaction. Whether it be marketing, contracts, pest and build, or solicitors, it all come back to you and how you manage the situation. Never leave it up to guess work.

What do you love most about the REAL model?

The company culture is the best I’ve seen. Everyone feels they have a place they are happy about and are all being paid for the work they do accordingly.

What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?

Buyer activity is going to stay extremely strong for the foreseeable future. I can however see more listings beginning to hit the market coming into the new financial year, which will slow the crazy supply and demand position we are currently in.

What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?

Take the time to execute the 1%ers. Painting, landscaping, gardens etc. and ensure the home is as ready to go as possible (allowing you have that luxury).

Don’t view marketing as an expense, it’s an investment into the campaign you are about to build for your asset. Money in equals a positive Net ROI on settlement.

My vendors are loving the current market! Selling over expectations with flexible terms that suit them!

What are buyers currently saying about the market?

It’s a battlefield out there for buyers right now. You need to be ready to go before you step foot in that open home or you likely will not stand a chance.
