The penthouse was sold at the top end of guidance of $5.5m-$6m, with two offers at $6m.

Heath told WILLIAMS MEDIA there is strong interest in the local market. “The Brisbane market is going crazy with a huge amount of enquiry. We are seeing between 50 and 60 groups coming through opens. Buyers are local upsizers with people upgrading their homes.”
