Judy Goodger told WILLIAMS MEDIA that 87 groups inspected the property in person during the 5-week campaign, with interest from local families with 2, 3 or even 4 children in some cases looking to upsize their permanent residential home.

“The interest the property generated was outstanding, with 9 registered bidders at the auction and several buyers as well who were unable to position themselves to bid unconditionally at the auction,” Judy explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.

“The acreage property market in Brisbane at the moment is exceptional, the best we have seen in over a decade. Buyers are looking to purchase their own little piece of paradise that they can feel comfortable raising their children with room to run and play and invite their friends over for pool parties and have plenty of room to play tennis and cricket as well.
