Donations of women’s clothing, shoes and accessories are being accepted at the offices of Di Jones Real Estate Beecroft as part of a drive to help support women in their return to the job market.
Di Jones CEO Rob Ward said the Beecroft branch has committed to the charity, Dress for Success, in 2017 and will again be a drop-off point for the charity this year.
“Dress for Success helps women get back into the job market and their mission is ‘to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life’,” Ward said.
“We are serious about giving the gift of a new beginning for women in need and helping them get back into the job market.
“Our Northern Suburbs office will be collection points for the charity from now until Monday, 14 May 2018 and we urge you to open your wardrobes and your hearts,” Ward said.
Paul Young from the Di Jones Beecroft office initiated the scheme as part of his work with the Rotary Club of Beecroft.
Di Jones Beecroft is located at 95a Beecroft Road, Beecroft (formerly the Beecroft Post Office).
