Ed Norton lists Malibu beach house for $6.8m

After buying a $15 million architectural landmark home in Malibu last year, actor Edward Norton is now selling his waterfront duplex on Las Flores Beach.

Three-time Oscar nominee Edward Norton has listed his beachfront duplex on Malibu's Las Flores Beach for sale, with an asking price of $6.8 million (US$5.25 million).

Last year, Norton and his wife, former producer Shauna Robertson, bought a John Launter-designed landmark home in Malibu for $15 million (US$ 11.8 million).

The Las Flores Beach property has two separate units, one on the ground level and one above it. Combined, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There are two small kitchens, and the building features a retro-style, cosy ambience.

The home is perched right on the edge of the beach, and includes a large deck along the back of the house, with steps down to the sand.
