REIA announce the Finalists for the REIA National Awards for Excellence 2025.

This year marks the 20th year of NAFE, Australia’s most prestigious awards in the real estate industry. A record number of finalists from across the country will compete for the title of Australia’s #1 in their profession, showcasing the very best in innovation, leadership, and excellence.

The awards ceremony will be co-hosted by REISA (Real Estate Institute of South Australia) at the Adelaide Oval on 15th May 2025. This event will bring together industry leaders, professionals, and innovators to celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and businesses shaping the future of real estate.

Since its inception, NAFE has been dedicated to recognising and rewarding top-performing operations staff, agents, property managers, and businesses across both commercial and residential real estate. Beyond sales performance, NAFE honours best practices in values, community service, and industry contribution, reflecting the holistic impact of our industry on communities nationwide.

Finalists have been announced for the 23 categories across all aspects of the real estate sector including residential and commercial agencies, sales and leasing, buyer’s agents, community service, innovation and communications and property management.

Celebrating over a century of excellence, REIA President Leanne Pilkington said, “As we enter our 101st year, we are proud to continue celebrating the best in the industry. These awards highlight the outstanding achievements of professionals who are setting new benchmarks across the sector.”

Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) CEO Andrea Heading said, “We are thrilled to welcome the nation’s best real estate professionals to Adelaide for this highly esteemed event. Finalists from across Australia will compete in 23 categories, spanning all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial agencies, sales and leasing, buyer’s agents, community service, innovation and communications, and property management.

With 132 finalists, the event will shine a spotlight on the individuals and agencies leading the way in professionalism, service, and innovation.
