According to Izzy Savva the Head of Total Real Estate Training, the organisers of AREC, “We are fast approaching a sellout capacity for the event.
"We are seeing a strong desire from the industry to collaborate, network and explore new ideas, strategies and technologies that will be shared with our audience both on stage and via the exhibition hall.
“The feedback we are receiving is one of excitement and strong engagement around this year’s speaker’s lineup and their topics.
"The learnings from industry leaders, all of whom have created their own strong personal brands and how to leverage that in a competitive real estate market is proving to be a real drawcard. Examples are Ryan Serhant, Gavin Rubinstein, Mat Steinwede and Sarah Hackett who we feel have really resonated with our own delegate audience.
"We want AREC to be the pivot point for a reset as delegates know they’ll return home with key takeaways that will change the way they do business in 2024. ”
Once again, there has been a particularly strong take-up showing from New Zealand this year (7%).
Leading the way in Australia is followed by QLD (26%), NSW (25%), and VIC (18%).
