Realmark has once again taken out the Marketing & Communications Awards at the recent 2023 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
Realmark is built around its strength in marketing – it’s even written into the company’s values – so it’s perhaps not surprising it has once again taken out the Marketing & Communications Awards at the recent 2023 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
Realmark is an iconic West Australian real estate group with residential, commercial and strata businesses located across the state.
Its core values states it is a brilliant marketer, and founder and managing director John Percudani is pleased it backed up the claim with the recent award.
“It’s easy to be distracted by new branding or styles that enter the marketplace, but a key focus for us is consistency leading to greater brand presence and recognition, which ultimately led to an increase in market share,” he said.
“In 2023, we made a decision to strengthen our “challenger brand” mindset, delivering an underlying message of assurance, which I believe was crucial to our residential agents achieving WA leading productivity.

The numbers back up the claim, with Realmark agents on average achieving a sale value ahead of all other agencies during the submission period, according to CoreLogic data.
Realmark Commercial sales representatives also grew by over 70% year-on-year in the same submission period, indicating its challenger approach translates across different disciplines of property.
“These figures are particularly impressive given the challenges facing the industry, including navigating reduced stock and transaction volume,” said Mr Percudani.
“I believe these results are a direct result of a distinctive brand promise relating to the key concern of the seller and the accountability it holds sales representatives to.”
Realmark delivered its message of assurance through a Sold. Not Undersold TVC delivered on broadcast television as well as social media, supported by print, outdoor and direct mail campaigns.
Aiding the message was a renewed organic content strategy, with a 70% increase in written article content delivered through its website.
With a strong and consistent brand, combined with a consistent advertising and hard-working organic content strategy, Realmark’s marketing and communication strategy is expertly designed to achieve its objective of attracting both customers and talent.
