Leading national boutique real estate brand, Belle Property today announced the appointment of Anthony Webb to the role of Head of Victoria, a state that is experiencing rapid growth for the business.
CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb commented on the role, “Anthony Webb’s 20 year career in real estate sees him well equipped to provide support to our 32 franchisees across Victoria.
“Having worked in both sales and property management, along with being a qualified auctioneer, he brings a holistic view of the real estate business and a determination to really make a difference.
“He will also help to identify potential future franchisees in a state that is seeing considerable growth and interest in the Belle Property brand.”
Anthony Webb has outstanding real estate pedigree having previously led the Philip Webb brand, which was first established by his father some 50 years ago and had one of the largest rent roles in Victoria.
Mr Webb said he was attracted to Belle Property because of the commitment the leadership team has to finding quality people who share their values and vision, “Belle Property isn’t just looking at putting a franchise in every suburb.
“Belle Property is looking for the right people in the right location, with the right ethics and morals and having come from a family real estate business, this approach resonates strongly with me. Being a real estate professional can be quite isolating and I welcome the opportunity to help support and sustainably develop our franchisees across the state.”
