A desire to deliver great outcomes for sellers and buyers of rural and lifestyle properties led Central Coast agent Tim Jarvis to the RE/MAX Pamilya Properties team.
The successful and sought-after property lifestyle specialist has made a name for himself since transferring his sales and business management skills to real estate in 2018, where he quickly found his peak performance in the rural and lifestyle property market.
Among his achievements are being named #1 agent in Durren Durren and in Magenta, home of the stunning Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club; and in 2022, he wrote just shy of $20 million in sales.
Tim said the prospect of joining a respected worldwide brand, in an office that has an outstanding reputation in the local community, was exciting.
“RE/MAX has a global footprint that no other real estate brand matches.
“The strength of the brand, the support and training, and the powerful resources and technology delivered by the RE/MAX network in Australia and globally are second to none; and can only help to improve the service my clients have come to know and expect.”
From school, Tim joined the family business, becoming a baker, but in 2013, decided a change was in order.
“I moved into automotive sales. I am such a people person, love communicating and building relationships, and thought sales and marketing matched my personality.”
Tim was right about that. He completed a one-year traineeship in one month and after a short time in the industry, held the position of general manager.
However, he was attracted to the prospect of selling property and eventually owning his own real estate business.
“Someone explained to me that I was a great manager because best management qualities come from having a heart, from being compassionate.
“I could think of nothing more heartfelt than helping people purchase their homes and realise their property dreams.”
He says the lifestyle property market brough him in touch with a special type of clientele.
“I’m successful, I feel, because of the nature of the people I deal with, who are very akin to the person I am.”
Tim builds long-term relationships, therefore enjoys a high level of repeat and referral business.
“Many of my real estate clients have been, and are, people I sold cars to,” he said
RE/MAX Pamilya Properties principal Corinne Intia said she felt blessed to have Tim working with her.
“We are incredibly fortunate that Tim has chosen RE/MAX to take his career to the next level,” she said. “He is one of the area’s most dominant and result-winning agents.”
“RE/MAX is also the brand to support Tim in building his own business while he brings growth and profitability to mine.”
Tim Jarvis grew up on the Central Coast of New South Wales where his lifestyle focussed around surfing, boating and motorbikes. He still lives, and plays, locally, and addition, owns racehorses including two Flemington runners.
His goal is his own real estate business catering especially for needs of sellers and buyers of lifestyle properties, rural and coastal.
