Ray White Surfers Paradise has scored yet another coup, bringing high performer Lana Faulkner and her team into the ever-growing fold.
It’s proving to be a very good year for Ray White Surfers Paradise Residential (RWSP).
First, the celebrated Gold Coast agency secured industry heavy hitter Charles Higgins as its new CEO of Residential Sales, and now it has lured one of Queensland’s most sought-after sales agents – Lana Faulkner – as Sales and Marketing Agent Ray White Surfers Paradise.
Faulkner, has worked in real estate for almost 15 years, and has one of the most enviable track records in the Gold Coast real estate industry. She brings her entire team with her in the move.
Ray White Surfers Paradise Group cofounder and chairman Andrew Bell, says appointments such as Faulkner and Higgins are part of the current RWSP growth phase, where the focus is on building offices through development of the existing team and recruitment. He says RWSP’s people-centred approach, and unique selling points are attracting significant interest and enquiries from top performers across.
“Ray White Surfers Paradise is quite unique in that our principals don’t sell – so we are there to support our teams, not compete with them,” Bell says. “We also have a very strong focus on mentoring and leadership, which is allowing us to retain some really incredible people, such as Lana.”
“Lana is an outstanding talent,” Bell continues. “She is highly motivated, driven, organised and very focused on providing exceptional customer service. Which perfectly aligns with RWSP’s core values. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Lana and the team.”
Higgins agrees, adding, “Lana has a great energy and a wonderful way with people. There is a real cultural alignment between Lana and RWSP, so we are really looking forward to seeing where Lana takes this position.”
Faulkner says she did not take the decision to join the team lightly.
“This is a huge move for me”, Faulkner says. “I plan on this being my last, real estate is a people’s business and I feel I have now aligned myself with two of the best in the industry moving into leadership. Andrew has an incredible reputation and already knowing Charles (Higgins) once I discovered McGrath could no longer support my growth Charles was my first and only option”.
“The leadership and mentoring that is on offer to myself and all staff is an incredible opportunity, and I am looking forward to not only learning from the best, but also teaching and mentoring others and helping them become the best they can be. I know Ray White Surfers Paradise is the right place for me to serve my clients, and the rest of my team to the best of my ability. It’s an incredibly exciting opportunity.”
Higgins says the firm is currently actively recruiting like-minded agents. “We know exactly where we want to go and grow as a company, and we are excited to be talking to some of the best in the business to join us on this new part of the Ray White Surfers Paradise journey. It’s going to be quite a ride.”
