DiJones has extended its reach into the thriving Cronulla and Sutherland Shire market with the Greg Gilbert Real Estate business and its entire sales team becoming part of the DiJones brand
The transition was spearheaded by Greg Gilbert himself, and brings the long established leading and respected Real Estate business, into the DiJones fold.
“DiJones has acquired Greg Gilbert Real Estate which is well known for leading the market in waterfront, beautiful homes, and luxury development off the plan sales, for the last 30 years,” DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said.
“Bringing this foundation into the world of DiJones now brings together the winner of the Residential Agency of the Year at the AREA awards two years in a row and the community of the Sutherland Shire and creates a powerful partnership long overdue for its residents.
“We are excited to be making inroads into the Sutherland Shire and to continue the expansion of the DiJones brand into a new region. We look forward to bringing the best that DiJones has to offer in regard to collaboration, best in breed technology and unique insights with the high level customer service and integrity that Greg Gilbert shares.”
Greg Gilbert said joining DiJones was an exciting step forward for himself and his team.
“The DiJones culture which has been created by CEO Dean Mackie and COO Brent May brings together an outstanding group of professionals and is a great fit for our family brand which is aligned with the DiJones values of bringing power to purpose and unlocking more.”
Mr Gilbert said he looks forward to providing consumers with unique insights that only DiJones and its collaborative business model can provide, particularly in regard to migration patterns and customer service.
“We know consumers are looking for properties in Cronulla and the Sutherland Shire now more than ever and that there has been a real shift to lifestyle properties. As a DiJones agency we will be able to utilise the DiJones centralised data room to connect the dots and add value for the customer in a way our competitors can’t.
“The parallels between DiJones celebrating 30 years and my own 30-year career make the transition an easy one and we celebrate the innovation, values and foundation on which DiJones was created.”
Greg joins his daughter Vanessa Gilbert, who has been part of the DiJones team since 2019 in the role director of projects.
“We have a number of exciting new projects in the Sutherland area which will showcase luxury property and lifestyle at its best,” Vanessa Gilbert said.
“Projects include five new townhouses launching off the plan in Caringbah South as well as newly built waterfront home nestled in Dolans Bay.”
DiJones Sutherland Shire will be located at 6/12 Laycock Ave, Cronulla. DiJones was established in 1992, and operates 17 other market leading offices on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, Northern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs as well as Central Coast, Southern Highlands and Wollongong.
