The Agency welcomes experienced performance and sales coach Luke Evans to the team as General Manager of Sales, NSW and ACT.

“Luke’s credentials reflect his natural affinity for people and nurturing talent, as well as building and growing businesses. A high performing sales coach, Luke has built teams and expanded the footprint of franchises across the McGrath and Harcourts networks in NSW, Victoria and the ACT,” Mr Lahood said.

Mr Evans has amassed a number of impressive titles in his career and was most recently Head of Network Performance and Head Auctioneer for the McGrath Victoria network. He has also held the titles of State Manager of NSW and State Manager of Victoria. Mr Evans was critical in the growth of the McGrath network’s expansion in Victoria and during this time there, managed 25 per cent of franchise revenue of the network. 

In addition to being a sales agent and coach, Mr Evans is a talented auctioneer and held the position as Harcourt’s chief auctioneer. Throughout his career, he has won multiple state and international auctioneering awards, taking home a people's choice award at the age of 23.  

Mr Evans strongly believes in training and supporting talent, whether this be through implementing structured training programs or mentoring and coaching one-on-one.

Mr Evans says he is looking forward to growing The Agency business together with Matt Lahood and Geoff Lucas.
