Aaron Highfield of REAL Specialists is seeing strong growth with a short supply of houses amid what appears to be a mass migration to the Tweed area of Northern NSW.

WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Aaron about his recent milestones.

You've been in the industry for 20 years. What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?

Every buyer sees value in a different way.

What do you love most about the REAL model?

Keeping more of the commission I generate while still getting the support I need.

What are your interests outside of Real Estate?

I love surfing and the beach lifestyle.

Marketing generates competition, competition generates a premium sale price.

It’s easy to sell, but not as easy to rebuy.

You have to be quick when the property you’re looking for presents itself.

The property sold for $882,000.
