A night out for friends and clients of Place Ascot serves as a way to bring life back to the museum, an integral part of Brisbane’s history.
Place Ascot's seasonal Auction Series continues with the Autumn event to take place tonight in partnership with the Queensland Maritime Museum.
Place Ascot Director & Principal, Drew Davies told WILLIAMS MEDIA the event is designed to give back to the community with an injection of funds and extra exposure after learning that the museum was struggling after being forced to close their doors for nearly seven months during the pandemic.

The school was gifted a model of an historic P&O M-class passenger liner launched in 1910, the SS. Maloja. The model ship remains on display at the school today and is of great interest to the museum.
