We had 148 registered bidders, an average of 7.4 bidders for each property with multiple bidders bidding on multiple properties.

“On what was another warm weekend, the Place ute was kept busy ferrying over 700 bottles of water to the different addresses while the coffee cart did a roaring trade, making and giving out over 300 coffees at our morning auctions. The ute was in demand again for the afternoon delivering 200 mini-ice creams to help keep everyone cool.”

Whilst we don’t share the specifics of each auction’s reserves we do monitor the trend or average on the day. For the 18 on site auctions, the total amount for the 18 properties over reserve was $1,500,000, an average 83,000 per property, with the highest over reserve for a single property being $295,000.
Around Australia ‘Super Saturday’ showed that property is hot across all capital cities. It was the biggest auction day since March 2018 and saw 84.4% recording a successful result, well up from the 37.3% recorded the same time last year.
