Place Estate Agents' New Farm office has surged into spring, transacting more $50 million worth of sales and listing nearly 50 properties, according to Director Judy Goodger.
The strength of the Brisbane property market has proven to be the ideal 18th birthday present for Place Estate Agents, which has experienced a spike in activity throughout the month of September.
The agency's New Farm office listed more than 45 new properties for the month, while its five lead agents transacted in excess of $50 million.
It comes after the brand underwent a shake-up to coincide with its 18th anniversary, debuting a new logo and combining its head office with its New Farm location under one roof at James Street.
Place Managing Director and New Farm Director, Judy Goodger, told WILLIAMS MEDIA the current energy and enthusiasm within the business coupled with a "real fear of missing out" in the Brisbane market had led to the strong start to the season.
"There was a great cross-section of buyer activity across the office from 1 bedroom investment apartment selling for $450,000 right through to multi-million riverfront properties in advance of $6 million," she said.

"It is not uncommon to see 20 – 30 groups inspect each of our open homes over the weekend at the moment and have 3-4 buyers ready to go to contract immediately on each property as well.
