Brisbane's Place Estate Agents have celebrated a triple milestone, with the opening of a new office on James Street coinciding with the agency's 18th anniversary and subsequent rebrand.
Brisbane's Place Estate Agents has entered a new era off the back of the agency's 18th anniversary, undergoing a rebrand to coincide with the milestone.
The encircled 'P' logo has been updated with a sharper design, while the surrounding colour has been changed from green to navy blue.
The revamp comes as the Brisbane business expands its reach with the opening of a new office on James Street.
Spanning 1100 square metres across five levels, the former David Jones store will be the new working space for Place’s Professional Services staff and the Place New Farm team.

"We've made changes to the brand in the past but we thought we would do it on a larger scale this time, as 18 is usually the point in life where there are more noticeable differences to your situation," he said.
"When we decided on the rebrand three months ago, it was initially scheduled for February 2021, but the opening of the new office and the 18th anniversary of the business felt like a better time to do it.
"It has meant the guys have had to work flat out but if there is one thing that we have learnt from COVID, it's that you can get an incredible amount achieved in a short time if you have a good team with a strong focus."
The new approach extends to the opportunities offered to its agents, who can now have Place function as an extension of their own personal brand.

Mr Hackett said up to 40 variations of the agency had been established in order to give team members their own identity within the business.
"If you go back 18 years ago, there was no social media, so the need for an individual presence wasn't as strong," he said.
"Now it is important for people to stand out internally as they grow with a business.
"We've also made it so agents are able to become partners in an office, so they may be able to have equity in real estate.
“In the last few months, we’ve had more than 70 people join the Place family and a new office open in the northern suburbs, with more to come."
