"The buyers found the property through a friend who follows me on Instagram," said Mr Davies to WILLIAMS MEDIA.

"They asked the friend to view the property on their behalf."

Mr Davies said around 5 Sydney parties were interested in the property and would have been willing to go to contract if they had been able to get to Queensland to view it.

"We are seeing a very noticeable surge of interest from interstate buyers in the past month," said Mr Davies.

Mr Davies said the property sold at a price that was in line with expectations.
