More than 1200 Ray White Queensland members logged online for this year’s annual awards which looked a little different this year.
Held over Zoom the Ray White Queensland 2020 annual awards were certainly a different affair to past years.
According to the real estate body, however, they still felt the same as they celebrated the achievements of the top offices and individuals.

Ray White Queensland has a lot to celebrate considering it traded more than $8 billion in residential property sales, made up of over 14,000 transactions, in 2019-20.
They had listed more than 20,000 properties in the same period.
Today, Ray White Queensland manages over 49,000 properties for their landlords.
The cornerstone of the business has always been the relentless focus on auctions and marketing property.
Ray White Queensland conducted 41 per cent (up from 33 per cent the year before) of all the auctions held in Queensland - but a highlight was conducting over 66 per cent of all auctions in the Brisbane city area.
On the night of iso-celebration, Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland - speaking from the Queensland corporate office in Brisbane - thanked every one of the 4000 people who made up the leading network in the state for their hard work.

In 2019-20 the Queensland network recognised 156 members who qualified as Premier and 41 members who qualified as Alan White Elite.
There were a record number of nine agents who reached the most prestigious ranking of Chairman’s Elite - those who wrote in excess of $1.25 million in fees and/or 120 sales.
One of the most exciting awards of the night was presented to Sonya Treloar of Ray White Bridgeman Downs when she was named the Top Sales Agent for Queensland in terms of settled commission and also number of sales.
She was also named as the Top 5 sales performer internationally.
Ray White Surfers Paradise Group was once again awarded the number one office in Queensland for settled commission and total number of sales for the unbeatable 28th year in a row.
A true powerhouse in the industry, Ray White Surfers Paradise continues to go from strength to strength as it focuses on separating itself from ordinary practices within the industry by providing the leading marketing avenues for their clients to generate the maximum number of buyers and the methods necessary to extract the highest possible sales price.
Ray White Surfers Paradise CEO Andrew Bell said he was “shocked” to receive the accolade after such a challenging year with significant issues for everyone in the industry.
“I have never been more surprised by this award than I was this year," said Mr Bell.
"I was quite shocked because we had the most challenging year for our office on many fronts.
"But what the award reminds me of is how blessed we are to have the amazing team and the culture that we have created in our business.
“There was immense love shown last night from our team.
"The team felt rewarded for digging deep and doing what we do best every single day.
“It’s one thing to win but to repeat it consistently really says something."

Ray White Surfers Paradise was once again recognised as the No. 1 Property Management Business of the Year by way of revenue in the residential division.
The business also won the Community Contribution Award for their annual fundraiser held for muscular dystrophy.
For more than 25 years, Andrew and Gregory Bell have supported Muscular Dystrophy Queensland and have raised almost $5 million through their gala ball fundraising event.
They are committed to supporting the research into finding a cure, which will result in eliminating a wide range of genetic diseases.
Ray White New Farm principal Matt Lancashire won the Top Selling Principal in terms of settled commission award for 2019-20, while Roxanne Patterson of Ray White Bracken Ridge won the Top Selling Principal award for total number of sales.
The marketing gurus at Ray White New Farm also took home the Marketing Excellence - Office award while their ever popular leader Matt Lancashire won the Business Growth - Individual award. Ray White Aspley was named as the top Business Growth - Office.
Blue ribbon office Ray White Ascot was named for its Excellence in Auction - Office while the unstoppable and always smiling Julie Mahoney of Ray White Julie Mahoney in Townsville won the Excellence in Auction - Individual award for her outstanding results.
Lastly, it was with great pride that Mark Beale, principal of Ray White Whitsunday, was named as the prestigious Max White Award winner for 2019-20.

For the last 40 years the Max White prize has been awarded to a member of the Ray White Group in Queensland.
It’s awarded to extraordinary people who keep doing extraordinary things.
From his base in Airlie Beach, Mark Beale has been a member of the group for the last 14 years.
“Mark is always doing the right thing for his clients and has assisted many of our own Ray White members over the years," said Mr Warland.
"His success has not come without adversity, whether that be natural disasters or economic challenges.
“Our award recipient is an extremely proud leader and has attracted a team around him who not only love who they are together, at the same time they have taken the market by storm as the leading agency in their region with a dominant and powerful market share of 51 per cent.
“They service 41 per cent of all the listings in the market with an incredible NPS of 93.
“Our winner is not only a captain of our industry, he is a captain of the sea.”
