The latest expansion for McGrath Estate Agents has seen a new office open in Thirroul welcoming new agents Vanessa Denison-Pender and Jeremy Hodder.

Leading residential real estate group, McGrath Estate Agents, has announced the opening of a new office in Thirroul NSW, under the auspices of its longtime franchise partner, the McCarthy/Sutherland Shire & Illawarra Group led by Patrick McCarthy.
John McGrath, Founder and Executive Director of McGrath, said opening in Thirroul will be a value-add to their community of buyers and sellers alike.
“Pat and his team have established a formidable and respected operation in the Illawarra having expanded their reach to this important south coast market over eighteen months ago," said Mr McGrath.

Director of the Sutherland Shire and Illawarra Group, Patrick McCarthy, is excited to cement the group's footprint in the Thirroul market.
In December of 2019 multi award winning agent, Jeremy Hodder, joined the group and will now be partnering with Vanessa Denison-Pender, former director of One Agency, Thirroul, to open the new office.

In joining forces with Vanessa Denison-Pender, Mr McCarthy said they are delighted to be partnering Vanessa and Jeremy to open an office in the area.

"Her market knowledge and commanding position in the area is a great asset to McGrath.
