Distinguished Australian businessman, Trevor C. Rowe, AO, has been revealed as a purchaser at Crown Residences at One Barangaroo.
Trevor C. Rowe, AO is a renowned Australian businessman recognised for his distinguished service to the finance sector, and is also now a purchaser at Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, the residential component of Crown Sydney.
There are 82 Residences which comprise the uppermost floors of Crown Sydney, due to open in December this year, with residents scheduled to move in from March 2021.
Homeowners at Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, Australia’s first fully-integrated hotel branded residences, will have access to a level of serviced living that until now, has been unavailable in Australia.

“My wife and I were looking for a larger home and explored a number of available apartments in and around the city precinct," said Mr Rowe.
"We sought a home equipped with a concierge, pleasant views and in a convenient location by restaurants and all the city has to offer.
“We decided on Crown Residences at One Barangaroo for a number of reasons.
"Not only did the Residences stand out for exceptional quality, we also love the panoramic views and iconic form of the building.
"We were also attracted to the access we would get to the hotel’s services and amenities, like the world-class gym, spa and harbourside swimming pool.”

His current position is Senior Advisor, Rothschild & Co Australia, after stepping out of the Executive Chairman role in 2015.
Rowe has collected a raft of accolades in his lifetime, including when he was notably named an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2011 for his service to the finance sector, particularly in the area of investment management, for higher education and the community.
“We chose a three-bedroom Residence on the upper floors. Given the superior quality throughout the building, we deemed it great value compared to other prestigious buildings already on the market, under construction, or in planning phase.” said Mr Rowe.
Crown Residences at One Barangaroo has a handful of two, three and four bedroom Residences available, as well as the breathtaking Duplex Penthouse.
Prices start from AU$9.5 million for a large two bedroom, two bathroom residence with a study.

Designed by award-winning architect, WilkinsonEyre, Crown Sydney’s unique sculptural form twists as it rises in a petal-like formation.
The concentric nature of the structure means each of the Residences are unique in size and layout, all complete with dual or triple aspect views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.
“We are excited as we see the building’s construction progress and the spectacular addition it is making to the Sydney skyline," said Mr Rowe.
"We are eager in anticipation to move in March next year.”
Residents have privileged access to all services from the hotel at Crown Sydney, from having bed linen changed to hiring a private chef or wine sommelier.
