In a move that will take Perth’s real estate industry into truly exciting times, Xceed Real Estate and Bexleys Real Estate will soon become a united force. 

“Joining two highly regarded agencies presented an exciting opportunity to grow the Xceed property management division and sales force," said Ray Ellis, Xceed’s CEO.

Bexleys team will join the Xceed group from 1 July 2020.

Together, they’ll form one of the largest property management teams in Perth, with an impressive portfolio of over 3,500 properties under management.

This means that for clients who have multiple properties in far-reaching suburbs, their portfolio can be easily managed by Xceed from one central location and one agency. 

The strengths of Xceed’s business systems and the shared vision and values between the two agencies were a tipping point for Bexleys.
