Chris Virgona and Lawrence Chong of Richardson & Wrench Strathfield recently sold the Strathfield property in Newton Road with tennis court and swimming pool.
The impressive residence at 39 Newton Road, Strathfield sold to its new owners for $4,860,000 just recently after going on the market in March.
"It was an off-market sale," said agent Lawrence Chong of Richardson & Wrench Strathfield to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"The vendors preferred to sell their property this way.

"The property went on the market in March, but we found the interest got stronger about a month ago.
"There were 3-4 buyers who were interested which was a bit of a surprise."
Mr Chong said the buyers who finally bought the property were locals who lived in the inner west and had been waiting for the opportunity to buy a property in this blue ribbon Strathfield area.
The property has a high north facing back-yard with tennis court, in-door pool and sweeping 20m frontage to one of Strathfield's finest streets.
