Mr O'Connor told WILLIAMS MEDIA they are finding buyers who are enquiring on properties are qualified and in a position to purchase.
"The volume of enquiry may be slightly less however the quality is better," said Mr O'Connor
"Sellers are seeing an opportunity in the Illawarra to capitalise on the fact that there is not a lot of competition in the marketplace.
"Sellers can see the advantage of selling now before the spring rush.
"Buyers are also seeing an opportunity however some are having difficulty with their banks regarding pre approvals."
Mr O'Connor told WILLIAMS MEDIA as the COVID-19 regulations ease, there will be some permanent changes.
"Due to necessity we will need to continue to utilise online technology however face to face inspections, with qualified buyers, will always be our preferred method of selling," said Mr O'Connor.
