Gympie is the latest Queensland town to benefit from the growth of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate with principal Niki Meads
After the successful opening of the first Queensland office in Caloundra late last year, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate continues to expand within the state – this time in Gympie, a regional town in the Wide Bay-Burnett area.
The new Gympie office will be led by local Principal Niki Meads who has all the bases covered when it comes to local business operations.
The daughter of lifelong locals and business owners, Ms Meads brings 17 years of combined experience in real estate and customer service management.

With a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals, Ms Meads has teamed with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate due to the strong belief that the brand aligns with their commitment to providing high-quality, boutique-style services that locals are seeking.
“The opportunity to bring such a well-known name to our local community is very exciting and I believe the city’s demographic is a perfect way to embrace it," said Ms Meads.
"This brand is perfectly suited to the way our city of Gympie is moving forward.”
Ms Meads is optimistic that with increasing tourism, the familiarity of the brand will add to what Gympie has to offer.
“Our goals are to provide a boutique real estate experience to locals and visitors – especially as we are seeing more and more people moving here from interstate," said Ms Meads.
"I envisage the locals will be quick to embrace our new office and assist with our aim of becoming a leading real estate business within our community.”
Boasting a population of over 22,000 in the city itself, Gympie is one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
It has recently become host to many visitors due to its popular attractions, making it the prime destination for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
“Response from local consumers has been amazing,” said Ms. Meads.
“Not everyone is aware that the Better Homes and Gardens brand has extended into real estate, and their surprise and amazement has been wonderful.”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate CEO Michelle Delaney said she was delighted to have someone of Ms Mead’s calibre leading the new Gympie office and is confident that her addition to the team will help deliver success to both the new office and the franchise.
“It is wonderful to have Niki and her team join our growing brand," said Ms Delaney.
"Niki’s expertise and knowledge across the industry, alongside her strong commitment to her local community are a wonderful partnership for us, and we are thrilled with her decision to further her success with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate."
