Compass Offices has hit the ground running since starting in Australia six years ago and looks to have a bright future in the country.
Compass Offices may not have started in Australia, but it seems as though it is here to stay.
Having expanded to the country from Hong Kong in 2013, the serviced office supplier is now well established in Sydney and Melbourne, with four locations in each city.
Country Manager Andrew Rothstadt told WILLIAMS MEDIA Australia remained an important growth market for the company.
"Today, the demand for flexible office space continues to gain momentum as more and more companies in the private sector look for workspace solutions that offers room for adaptability and scalability, that fits with their business models and culture," he said.

"We are leveraging on this opportunity in our strategic expansion plans; new centres are in the pipeline for both Sydney and Melbourne as well as other cities, where further details will be revealed in due course."
The ever-changing nature of the modern office environment is reflected in Compass' list of products and services, which include serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, day offices, co-working spaces, custom solutions, and business services.
While the company has access to state of the art IT infrastructure and high-quality business centres in prime locations, Mr Rothstadt said a focus on people had been a key driver of growth.
"I am a firm believer that success is driven by two main factors – results and attitude," he said.

"We always ensure that no matter how small a win, we celebrate it by shouting it from the rooftops and at the very least to pat each other on the back.
"This ultimately drives culture and a desire for the team to outperform, month on month."
He added there was "never a dull moment" for the company's Business Development Managers.
"As the bridge that connects customers to their preferred workspace, our BDM’s build a relationship with their customers and learn what they need in order to tailor solutions to meet their preferences," he said.
"Every day is a new learning experience for our sales team in terms of widening networks and growing rapport that lasts beyond an office space deal.
"There is nothing better than seeing your customer’s business to succeed and grow."
