Real estate agencies don't ordinarily include a full-time sales coach and mentor, but Xceed Real Estate is no ordinary agency.
For Jonathan Marlow, successful sales transactions come from informed decisions.
Mr Marlow has been in the full-time role of General Manager (Sales) at Xceed Real Estate since February of this year, where he has coached and mentored Xceed’s team of 12 sales representatives, overseeing the processes in place to ensure their success.
He said his role was not just about educating the sales team, but also Xceed’s clients.

As part of his strong mentoring relationships with the sales team, Mr Marlow has weekly or fortnightly one-on-one meetings with each representative, and is fully across every single listing and transaction within the team.

Since he has taken over the role, almost every representative in Xceed’s sales team has more than doubled their sales volumes, achieving fantastic results for the clients they represent.
