Belle Property has opened at Jervis Bay become the first luxury brand to operate out of the area.

Under the leadership of Principal, Loretta Nelson, Belle Property Jervis Bay will open with a high performing sales team, alongside a strong rent roll consisting of several waterfront holiday properties.

Ms Nelson told WILLIAMS MEDIA she had a clear goal for her team going forward.

"We want to be the best in the area," she said.

"It's not about being the biggest for us- it's about being the best."

"As our business grows, particularly in the waterfront and holiday management space, we wanted to represent ourselves and our properties as they deserve; with premium marketing and branding."

While Loretta’s business has been firmly established in Jervis Bay for the past few years, she said she was looking forward to taking the business to the next level through focussing on customer experience and outstanding results under the Belle Property name.

"There has been a gap in our market in terms of an operator that offers a personalised customer-centric approach, while still having the full backing of a national real estate network.
