Realmark staff recognised for practice, performance, and passion at awards
Realmark staff had more than one reason to celebrate at the agency's annual awards night held last week.

There was a double milestone for Realmark as it hosted its annual awards night at the Westin Hotel Perth last Friday.
Not only was it the 10th year the awards had been held, but 2019 also marks 30 years since Realmark was started by founders John and Anita Percudani.
In that time, the agency has grown to incorporate more than 250 staff across 16 offices spread throughout regional and metropolitan Western Australia.
The best and brightest from its employee group were on show for last Friday's event, which recognised achievements throughout the past 12 months.
Mr Percudani said there was plenty of reason to celebrate.
"We are so proud of each and every member of the network and how everyone works together in collaboration to share success and strategy," he said.
"Realmark has achieved consistent year-on-year market share growth four years in a row and come out on top for per Agent productivity results, due to its award-winning practices and procedures.”
“This is a night when the entire network gets together to celebrate the year that was, it is a great occasion where we see the collegial appeal of the brand and network.
"It is wonderful to see how everyone comes together and supports each other's success.”

Realmark property management office
Awarded to the office that has demonstrated the combination of outstanding service, Realmark practises team culture together with significant growth in client appointments and fee income for the 2018-2019 year.
WINNER – Realmark Urban
Realmark Sales office
Awarded to the Residential office that has produced the highest combined fee production, in Sales for the year 2018-2019.
WINNER – Realmark Coastal
Realmark Residential Sales Associate
Recognising the top individual residential sales in terms of the number of properties settled for the 2018-2019 year.
WINNER - Sven Robertson – Realmark Coastal
Realmark Commercial Sales Associate
Recognising the top individual commercial sales associate in terms of the number of properties settled for the 2018-2019 year.
WINNER – Paul Peou – Realmark Commercial
Realmark Residential Sales Team
Recognising the top residential sales team in terms of settled fees for the 2018-2019 year.

Realmark Property Manager
Awarded to the property manager (Resi/Comm/Strata) who has demonstrated the right attitude, service & care, client engagement, good practices and knowledge and whose client feedback reflects a high level of delivery of the Realmark brand promise in the field of property management.

Realmark Business Support Person
This award is for the person in an auxiliary or support services role (i.e. accounts, contracts administration, property management administration, reception, graphics, trust administration etc.) that embraces the Realmark values and who showcases good work ethic, reliability, knows systems and practices, is supportive of others, shares knowledge, meets deadlines and is truly committed to the job at hand.

Realmark Rising Star – Sales
Awarded to a Residential or Commercial agent, who has embraced the Realmark values & practices, plus achieved significant agency results. [Must be new to the industry within 24 months]
