Realmark Coastal will continue to operate under the Realmark brand after re-signing with the agency for a second term.

Based at WA's North Beach, Realmark Coastal is led by mother-son duo Jenny and Sean Hughes, both of whom oversee a team of more than 40 agents and property managers. 

In a statement, the pair described the decision to stay at Realmark as "pretty easy" to make.

"We have grown with the Realmark brand and developed our individual style and franchise within a strong, resilient and progressive group," they said.

"Sean is also an integral member of the Business Leaders Council where they collaborate on what and where the brand is going.” 

Having joined Realmark as salespeople more than 10 years ago, Sean and Jenny Hughes would go on to establish Realmark Coastal as a joint venture with Realmark, before eventually taking full ownership of the business.

SInce then, Realmark Coastal has carved out a reputation as one of the brand's best-performing branches, earning the title of number one auction office.

The latest announcement coincides with the news that Lead Agent Nathan Burbridge will be joining the directors as a business partner and co-director. 

Realmark Group Managing Director and original co-founder, John Percudani told WILLIAMS MEDIA that Realmark Coastal had been integral to the consolidation of the Realmark brand within Perth's coastal suburbs.

"They are very good practitioners in terms of the way Realmark seeks to go about its business," he said.

"This includes aspirational marketing, diligent reporting, and successful use of methodologies.

"Their performance of the principals as individuals reflects on the selling team they leave behind them."
