Joseph Lordi has joined the McGrath Bayside Manly team and will be specialising in the premium suburbs of Wynnum, Manly and Raby Bay.

McGrath Estate Agents has welcomed the appointment of Joseph Lordi to the McGrath Bayside Manly team.
Mr Lordi will be specialising in the premium suburbs of Wynnum, Manly and Raby Bay.

Mr Lordi started his real estate career in 2014 at the age of 18, selling investor apartments in St Lucia, which eventually led to him selling premium market properties including the $8.8 million 128 Crosby Road, Ascot.
Mr Lordi highest sales also include the $1,757,500 six-bedroom home on 2045sqm at 41 Brindisi Place, Wynnum; $1,660,000 for a five-bedroom home with bay views on 2045smq at 17 Alverna Close, Wynnum; and $1,655,000 for a 4 bedroom home at 193 Wynnum Esplanade on 403sqm with expansive views.
