Property communications specialists Lauren Mai, Nick Keenan and Chris Sutherland have joined forces to launch Dux Agency.
Projects, markets and people are the foundation of a new commercial and property and marketing company launched this week.
Dux Agency combines 30 years of property communication experience through Directors Chris Sutherland (media), Lauren Mai (marketing) and Nick Keenan (creative).
The trio has worked in a variety of different settings throughout their careers, each bringing an attuned knowledge of the market landscape to the new venture.
Ms Mai told WILLIAMS MEDIA that once the decision to come together had been made, the company's platform developed quite quickly.
"We've only been planning it for the last three months," she said.
"It was just a natural progression because the three of us get along really well and have the right skill set.
"The idea really just came out of a conversation."

Specialising in commercial property and project marketing, Dux Agency has a national footprint facilitated by an office in South Melbourne, as well as collaborators in Brisbane and Sydney and resource network that extends across Australia.
Ms Mai said what set the company apart from other of its kind was the depth of knowledge it brought to each project.
"One of the main frustrations of clients we have spoken to is when there is a knowledge gap with the people they are working with," she said.
"Unlike some, we genuinely care about the property industry and its future.
That’s because we work as a hands-on part of it."
Mr Sutherland said the company offered a friendly, people-first approach to its clients.
"Our way of doing is to look at things that are difficult and make them easier," he said.
"We’re loyal to facts, and driven by the figures.
"We know the market landscape while appreciating the important detail you need us to get right, every time."
"As industry leaders and innovators, we represent a media-neutral approach to your projects, undertaking every task with knowledge, energy and professionalism."
