Queensland Sotheby's International Realty has appointed prestige agent Veronika Princeton-Hall as a Senior Sales Executive.
The art of the sale is a topic Veronika Princeton-Hall knows all too well.
Prior to immigrating to Australia from California in 1994, Ms Princeton-Hall worked in the fine art industry selling the great masters and consulting on art portfolios for enjoyment and investment.
She has since gone on to establish a career as a prestige real estate agent, spending time at some of the top agencies in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Her extensive knowledge and experience of Southeast Queensland are expected to be an asset in her new role as Senior Sales Executive for Sotheby's Queensland.
She told WILLIAMS MEDIA her love for art had also influenced her real estate journey.
"Picasso had a saying - 'You can live without art, but what would life be without art' - and that's exactly how I feel," she said.
"I'm drawn to aesthetically beautiful things like a moth to the flame.
“There is no doubt my experience in the fine art industry has assisted my career in selling premium real estate.
“The Sotheby’s auctions have always featured the finest pieces of art and luxury goods, and Sotheby’s International Realty properties are, at their very essence, high-quality art."
Ms Princeton-Hall joined Sotheby's Queensland in April from her own boutique agency, Princeton Property and Projects, which she set up after departing her role as a Project Acquisitions Manager at Ray White Broadbeach at the start of last year.
She said her current Sotheby’s role came off the back of a chance meeting with Queensland Sotheby’s International Senior Sales Executive Michael Vettoretto, who she had previously worked with in Brisbane.
"After working with Michael, I included the Sotheby's project Michael is Project Managing, Edge Monaco St. Surfers Paradise, in my luxury property magazine, Properti," she said.
"When I came back to the display to drop off a courtesy copy, he asked me what I was up to.
"He said I should have a chat with (Sotheby's CEO) Paul Arthur, which I did, and that was that.
"I couldn't be happier with the way it has turned out."
Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Paul Arthur said the addition of Ms Princeton-Hall was instrumental in the company’s overarching goals of growth with a focus on premium service.
“Veronika brings such a wealth of experience with her in both traditional residential sales as well as project sales,” he said.
“She has a lovely blend of experience with a proven track record across southeast Queensland, specifically in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.”
“Veronika has worked for some major developers throughout the region, as well as the more notable top agencies,” he said.
“Her experience will show immediately as she onboards and comes to market with a selection of the Gold Coast’s most amazing sky homes.”
Ms Princeton-Hall is a proud volunteer in the community and has received many volunteer awards for service and dedication, including awards from Queensland Cancer Fund, Brisbane Children's Hospital, and ‘The Look Good Feel Better’ Cancer Program for women.
