An approved development site on Brisbane's northside is for sale through Ray White Special Projects.
An "exciting" approved development opportunity on Brisbane's northside is being marketed through Ray White Special Projects.
Expressions of interest are being sought for the site at 117 Flockton Street, Everton Park, which comprises about 2.23 hectares.
Approved for 56 townhouses, the asset offers a mix of 12x4-bedroom, 21x3 bedroom and study, and 23x3-bedroom options, while also overlooking overlooks a green reserve.
Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Director and selling agent Matthew Fritzsche said the interstate owner was selling down assets south-east Queensland and was motivated to sell the site.

“The recent development approval for 56 townhouses, specifically designed to target a strong local market, offers potential buyers sought-after speed to market capability,” he said.
“Everton Park is an established and popular Brisbane suburb with consistent price growth and a strong economic demographic and this is just one of the few opportunities of this scale remaining within 10km north of Brisbane CBD.

“These homes will particularly appeal to families and first-time buyers with North Side Christian College about 250 metres away, Everton Park State School about 950 metres away, and less than 2 kilometres to McDowall State School and Stafford Heights State School, respectively."
Mr Fritzsche added that a number of retail offerings were also nearby.
“The site adjoins the Northwest Central Shopping Centre, comprising Woolworths, medical, gym and a number of retail and lifestyle specialties," he said
“It’s central to a range of other major shopping amenities, including Westfield Chermside, Stafford City Shopping Centre, Brookside Shopping Centre and North West Homemaker Centre.
“It’s also within walking distance of North West Private Hospital and is within close proximity to The Prince Charles Hospital.”
