Place Bulimba will host yet another All-Star Auction event this week, following the success of their first auction event last month.
More than $20 million worth of property changed hands after 200 people bid on 23 properties at Place Bulimba's last All-Star Auction event in September.
This time, 18 properties are set to go under the hammer in one night.
Place Bulimba Principal Paul Curtain says they were eager to host another All-Star Auction this month following the success of their first event.

As seen on Thehomepage.com.au“After the success of our first All-Star auction, which saw eager crowds, great bidding activity and some outstanding results, we saw a great opportunity for our vendors to host another event before the end of the year,” Mr Curtain said.
“Place Bulimba has experienced considerable clearance rates in recent weeks, evidencing sound conditions of the market in the lead up to Christmas. Due to the nature of the event and the excitement this time of year brings, we are looking forward to seeing some great results.”

The vendor of the property was thrilled with the result, saying the atmosphere at the auction was "electric".
“We were delighted with the outcome and are about to settle on another property, also purchased through Place," the vendor (who wishes to remain anonymous) added.
Up for grabs is 1 Power Street in Norman Park, a double storey Queenslander which hasn't been on the market for a decade.

"We have had a great response from buyers especially families with children at Churchie as there is a back entrance from Norman Avenue. The home provides fantastic separation, particularly workable for families with teenage children or extended family that come to visit," she said.
Also up for grabs is 102 Kingsbury Street, a fully renovated Queenslander also in Norman Park.

"The property is spacious with multiple living areas and the kitchen and living have a great connection with the backyard and pool with a North aspect. This property is a fantastic entertainer home and would suit most families looking to reside within walking distance to popular schools," Ms Pearce told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Of the 18 properties going to auction on the night, eight are located in the suburb of Norman Park, an area Ms Pearce says is attracting strong enquiries.
"There is a healthy appetite from buyers for good family homes in Norman Park and currently we have a strong enquiry from buyers looking to secure a purchase this year.
"Norman Park is a great suburb. The suburb attracts lots of families and professional couples. It’s a beautiful place to live and has a family-friendly feel to it which the residents love," Ms Pearce told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Place Bulimba's All-Star Auction event will be held at 140 Oxford Street, Bulimba on Thursday, November 22, at 6:30 pm.
