Held annually, the REISA Awards for Excellence are the 'pinnacle of real estate achievement in South Australia and represent the committment of a profession that continues to thrive in excellence and service to its clients and the community'.

The awards recognise, encourage and promote excellence in the real estate industry, providing an opportunity for recognition on the national stage, and offering real estate professionals promotion and marketing opportunities.

Last year, the awards were celebrated with a medieval theme, providing MC Amanda Blair with the combined challenges of elaborate historical references and a record number of nominations and finalists.

REISA CEO, Greg Troughton, told WILLIAMS MEDIA the awards were the most prestigious in the state.

"We undertake a rigorous nomination, qualifying and judging process to ensure that only the very best of the best can serve as ambassadors – and REISA Award winners – for the real estate profession," he said.

“The Awards honour and celebrate everything that is good in the real estate profession. Recognition of the excellence and achievement in serving the community and the profession are hallmarks of the awards," he said.

The REISA will be holding two free information sessions for its members, to give candidates advice on how to make their submission stronger. 

The first information session will be held on the 13th of June at the REI House from 11am-12pm.

Submissions close on the 8th August and the REISA Awards for Excellence Dinner will be held on the 20th October.
