At this year's PRDnationwide conference, the agency released an online tool that scores the sustainability features of residential real estate.
PRDnationwide's annual conference and principal's forum was held last week in Brisbane.
The three-day event included presentations from agents, panel sessions, and keynote addresses from a range of inspiring speakers.
The conference also saw the launch of PRD's Green Housing Scorecard, as well as the release of the 'PRD Your Green Guide' research report.
The report and score card are the result of a three-year project undertaken by PRDnationwide in partnership with the Australia Research Council Linkage project, which is funded by the federal government, and in a collaboration with Queensland University of Technology, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology Germany, and other key industry partners.
The Green House Scorecard is an online tool that provides a summary of the sustainability features of a residential property.
