Estate Agents Co-operative has launched new 360-degree, virtual reality technology.
Estate Agents Co-operative has launched its new 360-degree, virtual reality technology that allows agents to create virtual tours in less than 30 minutes.
"Agents can create a virtual tour in 15 minutes," David Crombie, CEO of EAC told SCHWARTZWILLIAMS.
EAC has adapted the Immoviewer 360 Virtual Reality product, which was developed in Germany, to the Australian market.
"We've spent about eight months adapting the product for the Australian marketplace," said Crombie.
While similar tours can cost nearly $450, the EAC's Immoviewer tours can cost from as little as $10, said Crombie.
The cutting-edge technology will allow viewers to visit properties anywhere in the world.
The agent can create the tour and send it to up to 25 people, said Crombie. Viewers register online to view the tours, and these registrations can then be followed up as leads, he said.
Once a viewer has registered and logged on, agents can see how many times they come back and view the property and how long they spend in each room, he said.
Agents can hand over control of the tool to viewers, and can then observe them moving through the property.
“It’s our mission to equip agents with everything they need to succeed in the modern world of real estate,” says Crombie.
“Thanks to truly accessible 360 technology, prospects can now experience your properties as if they were really there, but from the comfort of their homes or offices”
