Brisbane Open House will be held on the weekend of 7 October, allowing the public access to 90 of the city's finest homes and buildings, and offering a range of events and speakers.
Brisbane Open House has revealed which of the city's finest homes and public buildings will be open to the public at this year's event.
The Brisbane Open House event, which began in 2010, is free and open to the general public, and provides self-guided tours that allow visitors to explore at their own pace.
The event, which is held each year in conjunction with World Architecture Day, attracts more than 12,500 visits each year.

Darren Lockyer on Brisbane Open House
Former rugby league player, Darren Lockyer, is this year's ambassador of the event.
“Architecture and design have always been a passion of mine," he said in a statement on the web site, explaining that having his own family home in Brisbane designed by architects has opened his eyes to the importance of good design.
"Good design can make a very significant impact on how we live our lives and it follows that our choices of structure and materials can have a big impact on our environment too," he said, adding that good design can also lower the running costs of a home.
Lockyer lists Brisbane's Queenslanders, colonial architecture, and cutting-edge contemporary spaces as among his favourites.
