Di Jones Real Estate has expanded its presence in Sydney’s Inner West, after recruiting two established agents, Charles Milburn and Chris Williams, to work in the area. 

Di Jones Real Estate CEO Rob Ward said many people may not realise that Di Jones herself first started out in Sydney's Inner West before starting her own business in Woollahra, where the company has had a strong presence for 25 years. 

Ward said Di Jones has expanded to the Inner West for a number of reasons. 

“We have recognised a large number of clients from the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Suburbs are moving to and from the area," he said.

“Through the relationships we have built with our clients, we have received many requests to assist them with the sale of their homes in the Inner West."

A new agency shopfront will open soon, said Ward.

Both Milburn and Williams were previously with Harris Partners in Balmain, Milburn for 12 years, and Williams for 15 years. 

“The knowledge and experience that Charles and Chris bring to Di Jones is second to none," said Ward.

“Charles has a reputation for providing clients with an exceptional level of service and trusted advice. His background as a landscape gardener provides him with a more holistic view and enables him to give insightful advice to his clients about how best to present and market their property."

“Chris has unparalleled local market knowledge and is known for his honest, genuine and down-to-earth style," said Ward, adding that Williams consistently ranks in the top 10 per cent of agents across Australia.

Ward said Di Jones is hoping to add more salespeople to the Inner West team.
