Estate Agents Co-Operative has rebranded its business, and brought in a range of new technologies to lower costs and boost services for its agent members.
Estate Agents Co-operative, which was founded in 1960 to support real estate agents, has rebranded its business and launched a series of property marketing tools that position the organisation firmly in the contemporary environment.
EAC's new web site reveals the organisation's fresh new branding, and provides a suite of information real estate agents can draw on to support their businesses, including new video marketing and virtual reality tools.
"The outside wasn't reflecting what was going on inside the business," David Crombie, CEO of EAC, said to SCHWARTZWILLIAMS of the rebrand.
The video marketing app enables agents to make professional-quality property videos quickly and easily, regardless of their video-making experience. A handheld stabiliser and wide-angle lens kit enable the creation of high-quality real estate videos, without the cost of a professional production team.
The '360 virtual tour' technology can be viewed on a desktop, mobile or through VR headsets, and is easily shared on social media channels.
"This allows for videos without the expense," said Crombie, explaining that major agencies, including Belle Property and Elders, were already putting in substantial orders for the new technology.
