Peter Starr is taking McGrath's largest Millers Point offering yet to market, with 33 apartments for sale in four buildings.
The four apartment buildings are located on Lower Fort Street and Trinity Avenue, and will be sold either in one line or as separate lots.
The apartments, which have up until now been used for social housing, are the latest to be sold by the NSW government, with funds raised to go towards new public housing.
Interest to date is positive, said McGrath. The team has reported interest ranging from large investors to smaller investors around the $5 million mark.
The apartments are superbly located next to the new Barangaroo precinct, and require renovation.
The properties are being sold by tender, closing 22 June.
